Cycle Provision on the One-Way IDR

During 2006 Reading Cycle Campaign had a number of consultation meetings with the Council's transport planners regarding cycle provision on the one-way IDR. Although we have got some of the things we asked for, provision still falls short of what we consider necessary. In January 2007 Reading Borough Council issued a Traffic Order to cover construction of the proposed cycle paths alongside the IDR .
